Homepage/Fertility Calculator/Menstrual Cycle Calculator
Based on the start dates of the most recent menstrual periods, calculate the length of each cycle, the average cycle length, the cycle range, and the estimated date of the next period.
Calculate the cycle length and estimate the next menstrual period date based on historical start dates.
Enter the start dates of your last 2–12 menstrual periods; if you have only one record, enter the usual cycle length.
The length of the i-th cycle = Date of next menstruation onset − Date of current menstruation onset; Average cycle length = Sum of all cycle lengths ÷ Number of cycles; Predicted date of next menstruation = Date of most recent menstruation onset + round(Average cycle length).
Current Cycle Day = Current Date − Last Menstrual Period Start Date + 1
Length of each historical cycle, average cycle length, range of cycle variation, predicted date of the next period, and current cycle day.
Predicted values do not guarantee that the next period will occur on time. In cases of irregular cycles, these should be treated as "estimated dates," and menstrual abnormalities cannot be diagnosed based solely on averages.
