Days Post-Embryo Transfer and Pregnancy Test Date Calculator

Purpose

Help users calculate the number of days since embryo transfer, the current estimated gestational age, and the time remaining until the hospital-scheduled pregnancy test date.

Input and Formula

Days Post-Transfer (DPT) = Current Date − Transfer Date (the day of transfer is counted as DPT 0, and the following day is DPT 1).

Days until the specified pregnancy test date = Specified pregnancy test date − Current date. Estimated total days of gestational age D = Current date − Embryo transfer date + 14 + Embryo age in days.

Output

Days post-transfer, estimated gestational age and days of pregnancy, and days until the hospital-specified pregnancy test date.

Applicable Limitations

The pregnancy test date should prioritize the schedule provided by the hospital. If no hospital-specified date is entered, this tool only explains how to record the number of days after embryo transfer and does not guarantee that a fixed date will yield accurate results. This tool does not interpret hCG test results and cannot be used to determine whether a pregnancy is normal.
